Processing Time
Standard items: 2-5 business days Personalized/customized items: 7-11business days (due to customization requirements)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
- Express Post (via Australia Post): 1-2 business days
International:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Australia:
- Orders under $50 AUD: Shipping calculated at checkout
- Orders $50 AUD and over: $8.50 AUD standard shipping
- Express shipping options available via Australia Post at checkout
International:
- Orders under $100 AUD: Shipping calculated at checkout
- Orders $100 AUD and over: $12.50 AUD standard international shipping
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your order status page.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages as items may ship from different fulfillment locations to ensure faster delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders
Customs processing may add additional time to delivery estimates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@apexelitesolution.com.au. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
For personalized items, please allow us to investigate with the carrier before we can process a replacement.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
