🔮 Healing Crystals – No Return Policy

Due to the energetic and personal nature of healing crystals, all crystal purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once a crystal has been handled and connected to its owner's energy, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Exception – Damaged Items Only: If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

• An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening your parcel — without this, we are unable to process a damage claim.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video as proof.
• We reserve the right to decline claims submitted without video evidence.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
